Be a Mentor. Rise yourself by lifting others.
Within the scope of the Mentoring Programme, activities are organized and encouraged that play a fundamental role in strengthening the connection between Mentors and Mentees. These activities act as bridges in creating a relationship of empathy and trust, and a supportive environment for the academic and personal growth of the entire group.
These are interactive, fun and cooperative dynamicsthus promoting collaboration between Mentors and Mentees, the integration of new Students into the Técnico community and networking between all parties involved, in an accessible and informal way.
